Where do you ship?
Currently, our products are available for purchase only domestically in Singapore.
Can I self-collect my items?
To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, we do not offer self-collection services and only provide delivery through tracked mailing. More information are available below and we seek for your understanding in this.
What are your shipping rates?
All orders are mailed using Local (Singapore) tracked deliveries and are priced at a fixed rate of $5 for orders under $50. Deliveries are free for local orders over $50.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders would take anywhere between 3 – 7 working days depending on the delivery provider after being shipped.

Care Instructions
When strap is in contact with sweat or water. Do follow the below steps to ensure longevity of the straps:
1. Remove the strap from the watch
2. Pat dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel
If rinsing of straps are required due to dirt/stains (only recommended for silicone straps):
1. Rinse strap under warm running water.
2. Apply a soft hand soap
3. Rinse away any excess soap and allow the strap to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as UV can be hard on many materials.
For metal and leather straps, do wipe it down with warm water and gentle soap with a kitchen/paper towel and dry it immediately afterwards.
